Just another day at work...

My afternoon at workended on an interesting note yesterday. One of the local private high schools had senior skip day and this is how two jokers decided to spend their afternoon. :)

They climbed the building using a metal tool and their hands and feet -- attached a rope when they got to the top and repelled down after reaching the 20th floor and seeing the swarm of police and firemen who had shown up.

Both spent the night in jail -- and charges will be brought today. Should I be glad we're having a girl?

Tony here..... thought i would contribute my insight today:) I think it is interesting how people can look at the same object and see it two totally different ways. Take our cat moneybags for example. Rachel see's him as some cute, fuzzy, bundle of joy. I on the other hand am not fooled so easily. Because pictures can (at times) tend to communicate points so much more fully than words have the ability too; I thought I would put up two pictures that express my thoughts exactly. One picture captures well what rachel envisions when she thinks about moneybags, while the other picture so clearly demonstrates my thoughts on the matter. See if you can guess which picture goes with which person. Hint: It won't be a hard choice!

Friday Night Fun

Friday night Ruthie and I went to women's ministry event at church. We had a lot of fun -- here's the bouquet I made during the floral arranging session! :) Ruthie helped me w/ it, I needed four hands to do it!

30 Weeks!

This week I ordered the diaper bag from Pottery Barn and it arrived 2 days ago! We had the baby's name monogrammed on it... but shh... we're not telling yet.

We'll let you know when we are ready to anounce it. Until then... just consider yourself a member of our inner circle. :)

I also ordered the car seat and it came yesterday! I was so excited, Tony pretended to be excited for my sake, and Money Bags was very excited about the box once it was empty.
