Many of you know that I (tony) am in a group called Maximized Living. This weekend we are putting together the Maximized Living Makeover. Think Extreme Makeover for your health while doing it the way God intended. There will be about a 100 of them going on around the U.S. The first one started last weekend at Colombine High School with about 1000 people. The rest of them will be taking place tomorrow. Hey Tony, I watched all 8 minutes of the clip you posted, but it doesn't give any info-- it's more like a movie trailer. Since most of us have no possibility of attending the ML seminars, would you post a link at least to the "healthy diet" info that they discussed in the trailer?? :) Thanks.
